Is this a street legal motorcycle or is it more of a dirt bike? Sorry if this is a dumb question, my son wants to drive a motorcycle and as his first vehicle I don’t want to spend an arm and leg but I also want it to be OK to drive on the freeway/expressway where they do 70 MPH at a minimum because that is the main way to travel across our city.
